Bylaws and Forms

 If you are purchasing property in Lake Chaweva, all new members/residents are required to meet with the Membership Committee and fill out the Membership Form.  Prior to the meeting, the Membership Committee ask that new members/residents fill out the Membership Form.  Click on the button below for a copy.  The Membership Form is for information and member record keeping only.  

 The Bylaws for Lake Chaweva Club are the rules and regulations that the residents of the community follow in order to keep the community running smoothly.  Please click on "Lake Chaweva Bylaws" button to view a copy of the Bylaws. 

All new Tenants must fill out the Tenant application form prior to taking possession of the property.  Click on the Button below for a copy of the Tenant application form.

Current docks are assigned, but permission can be given if a member in good standing would like to build a dock.  A dock application must be filled out and turned in to the HOA.  Additionally, new buildings and driveways must also turn in the permit form prior to construction.  These permits are separate from any state, city or county permits that must be procured. The payment options for new membership fees, renter fees, due, etc. will remain either by personal check, money order &/or cashier's check.

Payments can also be dropped off at the gatehouse in the payment drop box.

The payment will show up as a donation, but will be processed as a payment towards your HOA dues.

Sometimes the unexpected happens. If you are having trouble paying your dues or a temporary financial difficulty, a payment plan can be arranged.  Please see Article 15 in the Lake Chaweva Bylaws for complete information about dues and delinquencies. To apply for a payment plan, click on the link below, then print,  and fill out the application form.  Contact a LCC board member to complete the application process.
